Baby Photos

Family Photos

Just cute.

Graduation Photos

My poor neice got the task of posing for me. She gorgeous!!

I really like close-ups.

Then my nephew had to humor me.

Sheesh, my sister produces beautiful children.

Wedding Photos

This was my first "solo" wedding. I like getting all aspects of that "special" day in there. The bride reflected in the mirror while getting ready is beautiful.
Again... I love the playful shots. Her checkin' out the rock while embracing.
Non-traditional shots are my faves. I like the little details (ie: her holding his hat)
Yummy! Richard Gere comes to mind.
A great shot to show off her train while also getting a romantic pose of them together.
This was a horridly wind, cold day, but we managed to get a few shots in before we froze to death. My hubby actually thought up this shot, getting Angel Moroni in between the bride and groom. I thought it was a neat shot.
This was so cute. It just seemed to say "innocent" to me.
Getting close-up trains can be tricky sometimes. I like the "over-the-shoulder" look.
I'm a helpless romantic.
Use the props that are around you. This was great to get the whole of her dress and still capture the moment.

While I wasn't the "professional" at this wedding, I did manage to sneak in some "professional" shots at my brother-in-laws wedding. This one is another example of playing with perspective.
I love candid shots of brides and grooms "just married".
Another cute candid.

There always has to be a cake shot.
The lighting was soft, and made such pretty shadows over her dress.
Candid of them leaving for the honeymoon.

Engagement Shots

Sepia and Black/White are fun to play with. I also love non-traditional poses.
These two were fun to photograph! They were playful and willing to try silly stuff.
This was romantic! I played with perspective and got this shot.
Reflection is fun to mess around with. I am still trying to perfect it, but this shot was gorgeous.
I like using the props nature gives me. Outside photography is my favorite.

Photography by Anita

I have been doing photography as a hobby for many years. I got my first real camera when I was 13, and have been shutter happy ever since. I am financially grateful for the digital age, and love that I can select before I have to print and buy. I am sure many forests have been saved just on my part. I began doing photography as a profession about 7 years ago, but have limited my practice to friends and family while I perfected my art. Gratefully they all sat still while I abused their good nature and have come up with what I think is wonderful photography. I love to do engagement, wedding, baby, senior, and family photos. I love to photograph pretty much any special event. Hope you enjoy my "Photography Blog".
